Are Bonafide products safe for pregnancy and while breastfeeding?
Congratulations! Being a mother is learning about the strengths you didn't know you had and we stand by you 100%.
All of our products are carefully formulated and safe to use except the Black Phyto Repair Cream, which contains Retinol (Vitamin A) and is not recommended for use whilst pregnant or nursing. For any further concerns using any product during breastfeeding/pregnancy, we always recommend to consult with your GP.
How do I use the products and check for the expiry?
Don't worry if your proficiency in Korean isn't quite there! Just scan the QR code on the card that came with your products, which will take you directly to our Step-by-Step Bonafide Skincare Routine. All ingredients are listed on the back of the packaging.

Are there Bonafide product samples?
Unfortunately we don’t make samples of our products. If you are after a specific product or have any allergies/concerns you are worried about, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
When will my order ship and where does Bonafide ship to?
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day, however due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please check our shipping policy or contact us at admin@bonafideskincare.com.au and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
We currently ship to all postcodes in Australia and we offset the carbon emitted during shipping and delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to alter an order once it has been placed. If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your full name, order number, and the subject line “Cancellation - [Order Number].” We'll try our best to accommodate your request and provide a refund for your order, however, this is not guaranteed.
Can I return my order?
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. Send us an email at admin@bonafideskincare.com.au within 30 days upon receipt of your products. Include your personal details, order number, product name(s), and the reason(s) for returning your products. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We will only accept unopened, unused products in their original packaging. If we are satisfied with the condition of your returned product(s), you will receive a full refund within 5-8 business days.
What if I received an incorrect order or my order was damaged in transit?
Oh no! If you received a product you didn't order, send us an email at admin@bonafideskincare.com.au within 30 days upon receipt of your products. Include your personal details, order number, product name(s), and a photo of the product(s) and any damaged items. We will get in touch with you asap to replace any damaged products. Please do not open or throw away the product until you hear back from us.
Does Bonafide offer any promotional or discount codes?
Bonafide offers all first-time buyers 10% off their first order + free shipping when you sign up for our mailing list located at the bottom of our homepage. You’ll be emailed a confirmation link from admin@bonafideskincare.com.au to click, resulting in a 10% off code emailed to you within 48 hours. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders! What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Does Bonafide offer gift cards?
We are happy to offer e-gift cards that you can purchase and email to the recipient of your choice. Gift cards are sent electronically and are not physical items. Discount codes cannot be used towards the purchase of an e-gift card.
